Centrally located, close to shops and a golf course. The room was clean and comfortable. The noise from the street was disturbing, especially at night. Parking was £10, which is reasonable for the area.

The location is perfect for exploring the city, with friendly staff and a good breakfast selection. The room was clean and well-equipped but a bit noisy due to street sounds. Parking was convenient, but I’d recommend asking for a room at the back for a quieter stay.

The standard double room, 321, featured a comfortable bed covered in fresh linen and had a good selection of toiletries available. The Wi-Fi signal throughout stayed strong, allowing for uninterrupted access, and the efficient lifts made getting around the floors effortless.
Unfortunately, the bathroom revealed some wear, with the side of the bath appearing half off and hairs on the floor, which is not ideal for a comfortable stay. The absence of power sockets near the bedside made it tricky for anyone like me who needs to plug in devices, resulting in crawling around the room for an extension cable. the TV remote wasn't fully functional, and the soundproofing left a lot to be desired. sounds from the creaky corridor could easily wake you up. discovering the parking charge of £20 felt a bit excessive, especially when considering the inconveniences involving a hacked hotel email leading to a cancellation of my credit card.

The central location offers easy access to various shops and dining options, making outings effortless. The reception area impresses with its spacious design, featuring comfortable seating and quick lift access, which adds to the overall convenience of the stay.
Unfortunately, some noise crept in from the nearby main road, especially during the weekends, which might disrupt lighter sleepers. The overall decor felt a bit tired, with faded carpets in several common areas and some rooms showcasing outdated bathroom fittings that needed attention. the absence of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, particularly given the limited ventilation options.
